To make sure we’re aligned, I ask all potential clients to complete a short questionnaire so we can figure out whether 1:1 coaching is the right move for you, or if one of my subscription programs will get you where you want to be.
When you sign up for 1:1, you’re paying for my time, energy, and focus on helping you achieve the results you’re after. In return, I expect you to bring the same level of effort and consistency to your training and nutrition. If you’re not in a position to give that right now, it’s probably not the right fit — and that’s okay.
This gives me an overview of how you move through foundational movement patterns, helps me identify strength imbalances, what energy system development is required and assess your aerobic efficiency. Extremely valuable data when building a personalised program.

Each week I review any video uploads of your lifts or key movements. I’ll give you direct, practical feedback on technique, cues, and adjustments so you can keep moving safely and effectively. Over time, this builds confidence in how you train, reduces your risk of injury, and ensures your effort is going into the right places.
